Versa language is reverting to Spanish

I've only had my versa for weeks and I've lost track of the number of times it has unsynced from my phone. At some point during this it also appears to have given up tracking my sleep.

The worst part is that it also randomly changes to Spanish when it unsyncs! While the language changing is incredible annoying, the time zone  changes too so any alarms I have set won't go of at the right time.

Hi there, @rolip. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Note that your Fitbit device uses the same language that you use for your Fitbit account. To change it on your Versa, do the following:

  1.  the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture.
  2. Tap Advanced Settings Country.
  3. Turn off the option to automatically detect your country.
  4. Choose your country, then sync your device.
  5. Follow the instructions to update your device to use the language you selected.

If you're still having syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
