Versa left button

Hello, 

My versa’s left button doesn’t work 😞  it have been trying to reset it btw because of the left button doesn’t work it doesn’t reset. What shall I do?

Hi @Meliha , if your touch screen is still working: settings - device info - press that and scroll down to either "shutdown" (and do that several times) or "Factory Reset" if you really want to do a reset. Before doing that, sync your Versa with your phone so you will not loose any data. Regards kuzibri

Thank you for your guidance but the touch screen doesnt work 😞 what should i do?

If your left button isn't working and the touch screen also doesn't work, I would call Customer Support. might be a hardware problem. Regards kuzibri
