My fit bit has a big X and says "data not cleared" sync & try again. I did, nothing. I deleted my app and reinstalled i . Nothing.

Try shutting it down and starting it back up.

I have the same problem. Shutting down has no effect. Keep getting message Win10 cannot find tracker even when it;s being charged or sitting on top of USB dongle.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watches and see if they sync properly.

@RealGomer I'm sorry for the late response. However, I appreciate your feedback in regards the ability to choose which Fitbit to sync.
I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it persists.
