Versa light not syncing

My fitbit versa lite wont sync with my phone. I have tried all the trouble shooting tips such as turn fitbit off and on, phone off and on. Log out of app. Uninstall app. Bluetooth off and on. Nothing seems to work. 

Has this happened anyone else and if so, any tips?

I'm in the same boat. I've tried three different devices: cellphone, tablet and Chromebook. I have uninstalled and  reinstalled, rebooted all three multiple times to no avail. I'm perpetually stuck on "searching..."

Same here. Versa2 that is not even 6 mos old.  Phone is not able to find my Versa2. I have delete and re-installed app. Booted and rebooted phone.  Bluetooth turned off and on several times. HELP!
