I am so frustrated with this. My watch will not pair with bluetooth. My phone can't even see the watch in pair mode. I have Samsung S10+. Everything is updated. I have rebooted the watch, the phone, and even uninstalled the app. Please help!

@Jrans Hello! Unfortunately, this is an issue on Apple's side. Fitbit is a competitor and Apple will not allow Fitbit devices to respond to text messages, so there's nothing Fitbit can do at this point. The ball is in Apple's court, so to speak.

I contacted fitbit directly and went through everything. They are sending me a new device under warranty! Thank god!

Hi I'm new to the community. I wanted to share my frustration re syncing the notifications with my watch. Though I checked that all the setting is on, I don't get why I need to go back and forth to manually synchronize it! Besides I can see the notifications working sometimes and suddenly I get the message that the "Notifications system is not running". I would much appreciate your support. Thanks.
