Versa lite cannot be detected

device cannot be detected and will not sync. How can I resolved this? Restart phone and watch, restart Bluetooth on phone. Still unable to detect. Have I bought a piece of junk?

Same thing It’s happening to me.I have a iPhone A+ and have tried everything

Samsung note 10+.

Now I try to factory reset my versa lite n my phone cannot detect the watch. Tried the Bluetooth on my phone and it is working. This is my second fitbit and it is really junk.

Hi again @Ctw82 The not 10 is not listed in the Supported Devices List  but it is not incompatable either. Try the two help articles below, but if you still cant get it to connect then contact Customer Support.
