Versa lite does not turn on

Hello,

I have a Versa Lite for almost one year and about two months ago I started to have  problems with the function button that it started to work intermittent until two days ago that it is not longer active and I can't turn on it, even when it connected to the charged.

Can I send back for repair?

Hi @guai  Try doing a button factory reset. If that doesnt get it working then contact Support (before your year is up)

Fitbit Support  

 

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

Hello,

 

Thanks for the reply, it didn't turn on after applying the factory reset, I am trying to charged, but it doesn't come alive. 

I am thinking to send it back for repair.
