I bought my versa lite in March 2019. In the last few weeks, the battery was draining so fast that I needed to charge it daily. Sleep tracker and heart rate monitor also stopped working.
Fitbit replaces the watch and I’ve had the new one for 4 days and it won’t sync. I’ve tried all the suggestions - turned both the watch and phone off and on, but to no avail. The only way I can get the watch to sync is to remove the device and reset it, but then it looses connection to my Bluetooth again.
is there a fault with the Vera lite??? Surely I can’t have 2 faulty watches???

Hi @Boks , just install your new Versa within the Fitbit app, it will replace the old one by asking it you want to replace the the "old" Versa with the new one and press yes and your new Versa will be installed. regards kuzibri

I’ve done this at least 3 times since getting the watch, which is the only way I can sync the watch, but as soon as it pairs with my phone, it then seems to disconnect from the Bluetooth and when I try to sync again it has no connection.
