Versa lite many issues

My versa lite started with problems about a month ago. First it wasn't tracking my sleep so I did everything I was told didn't work but said whatever everything else is working then it started losing time once again I did everything they told me to do and nothing worked. I got so frustrated and did a factory reset and now it won't even find it. So there is really nothing I can do because it won't set up. It just says can't find device and no matter what I do that's it. PLEASE HELP I LOVED MY FITBIT but now I had to resort to using my max buzz again because I need something for my wellness program at work.

Hi @BrendaA have you done a setup. Your factory reset removed the tracker from your Fitbit account. 

Before trying a setup please remove the tracker from the phpnes bluetooth.

That is what I'm trying to do but it's saying it can't find it.
