Versa lite not charging?

I haven't used my versa lite in a really long time, and when I put it on charge, it just goes to the Fitbit logo screen, but it never charges? I left it for around 6 hours and it still won't turn on either.

Hi @Kbacol  - was the reason you weren't using the watch because of this problem of logo screen?

 

If you haven't used or charged it for 6 months the battery would be flat, the fact that it can show the logo screen means it has charged, at least to some extent, so charging is not the problem.

If that doesn't work probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

No, I had just stopped using it for a bit, and have left it on charge for
24 hours even and it still won't completely come on. It says the battery is
empty on my Fitbit app, and it's weird because it just randomly comes on
with the logo and stays there and then goes black again. (It does this when
it's not even on the charger.)

@Kbacol  - are you sure the watch is syncing with the app?

 

You may be seeing the battery level at some point in the past, check the last sync time in the app.

 

The remedy proposed is probably still the same to resolve the issue.
