Logout of Fitbit app [click profile photo, top left, scroll to bottom] Shut down watch [ Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom, About, at the bottom, Shutdown]

@KaamoldI believe not being on the compatibility list means it has not been verified.It may work but as every phone is different its functionality cannot be assured.
You can check
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left]
Device photo [middle left] Sync - See when last synced Try refresh by touching circle it should say "a moment ago" |
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left]
Device photo [middle left] Notifications And verify the top 4 items are correctly defined.
And App Notifications Tick any other apps you wish to hear from

NB. Notifications have to appear on the phone which has to be in contact with the watch for them to appear on the watch. Deleting them on the phone removes them from the watch, and vica versa.
If you missed seeing a notification on the watch, swipe down from the top edge and they will show [or be all caught up]
