It’s been almost two weeks now and my watch won’t sync… I tried ALL the suggestions, updates and NONE worked… this is very frustrating because when I contact support, they are just saying they are aware of the issue and are addressing them, but two weeks really 🤦🏾:female_sign:! On the app on my phone it's synced and collecting data. However the watch is asking to still be connected to my phone...which it is 😔
Best AnswerIf you have versa life you better be in the 12 month warranty because otherwise, like me 3 months over, I have 3 separate work orders open and they did nothing and now tell me I am SOL but will give me 35% of a reburbished one and I have to ship mine back to them. Customer service does not exist with this company
Best AnswerMine does nothing except to sing and it doesn't work and fitbit said nothing they can do because I am 3 months over warranty, but truth be known, it hasn't worked in these last 3 months. Will give 35% off a refurbished and you have to send yours in... Not a happy camper
