I was trying to update the firmware while I was charging my versa life now it won't come on at all. Anyone know how to restart it?

I have tried that but it doesn't work. It looks like it's going to restart then nothing happens after that

Next step would be Factory Reset.  Swipe left to settings, then about and factory reset.
