Versa lite not working properly

Hi, 

 

I have a versa light since April which doesn't work properly. It has a mind of its own and the screen changes and shows my messages etc. The touch screen does not work well when I want to see my steps or swipe to calories burnt. 

 

Also the strap is partly broken. How do I go about getting a replacement watch?

The first step in a warranty claim is to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
