Versa lite not working

I had gone on a trip and had forgotten the charger for my Versa Lite, the Versa died and when I got back I charged the watch and when I turned it on the screen it didn't turn on, nothing works even the heart rate monitor. I tried to reset and return to factory settings and nothing has worked. Does anyone know of any more ways to fix the Versa Lite?

Hi @123User  If several restarts dont fix it then yiu will need to contact Support
