Versa lite screen unresponsive

My versa lite screen is not working at all. It is still vibrating for notifications but I can’t get any activity from the screen. It is completely black. I have tried the button to restart but still nothing on the screen. Tried plugging into charger. Still no screen activity. Please help!!
