Well I am totally fed up with FITBIT now - changed to versa lite after having THREE replacement charge 3's. This is my second versa lite within 6 months and now this one is showing a time difference of 3.5hrs. I have been through all the troubleshooting tips to no avail.
In my opinion this tracker is not fit for purpose, and would appreciate some feedback/help from technical support.

I had this issue a few weeks ago as well, and found the only way for it to back to the correct time was to change the Timezone, let it sync, and the change the Timezone back to my current one.
its a pain, but was the only for it to work for me.

I have reset and reset and turned bluetooth on and off and versa lite just continues to show wrong time and will not sync. It doesn't work with music either. This is not my first problem with versa lite but will be my last. My last with fitbit too. I have spent too much on useless goods that just work to end of 1 year. It's not acceptable. Wrong that this is more money down the drain. Fitbit doesn't function as it should.
