I have just bought a versa lite and I cant download spotify its greyed out and says to make sure my app and fitbit are upto date. My app is my versa saying version 38.33.1.30 is this the latest version? Theres no update available on my app. Little confused

Best AnswerHi @SunsetRunner , the only way to get the latest update on your Versa, is to do a Factory Reset and setup your Versa all over again in the Fitbit app as it acts as a new device after a FR. Now the latest version will be automatically installed on your Versa. Of course it's up to you, regards kuzibri
