I just received this aaa birthday gift. It will not finish setting up, gets to 4 percent. I’ve tried shutting down my phone (iPhone XR), deleting and downloading the app again, turning Bluetooth off, forgetting and reinstalling the Fitbit and restarting it as well. I’ve researched and found others with similar issues. Please help!!

I'm having this same issue. I opened my new Versa Lite and it won't download past 6%. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, reset my iPhone, turned off/on my Fitbit, and turned off/on my bluetooth. I don't know what the issue is and i am losing steps trying to figure out the issue!

I am having same issue! I get to ~ 4% and get the prompt we have a problem. Probably last Fitbit device I ever purchase as there is zero support.
