Versa lite won’t swipe and turn on when motioned to

Since the latest update, my versa lite will not swipe consistently nor will it turn on when I motion it to or push the button for it to turn on. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps to no avail.

Hi @Baseball21 If you jave tried restartingnit several times, amd tried a Factory Reset and itis still not working you will meed to contact Customer Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
