After my grandson had my Versa he kept putting in the wrong code now it's locked and say's unlock using phone how do you do it

Hi @Jennytrueblue 

Instructions are found here. 

  • Open your fitbit app
  • Tap on your profile picture
  • Tap the Versa 2
  • Tap Device Lock
  • Set a pin code. 

Do not remove the tracker from your app or fitbit account. 

I suggest if he likes to play with the watch set the pin for fitbit pay only.
