Versa logo stuck

My Versa was charging and then suddenly the logo came on with a bunch of like japanese words flashing thru. Does anyone know what this is? It is stuck on this and I can't get it to go away. I have tried resetting and turning off and back on and it always comes back to this.

It may have tried to load a new firmware and not succeeded.

It probably means that it needs removing from the Fitbit app and reinstalling, see setup procedure

This may be due to the firmware upgrade if it happened recently.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly to inform them. They may be able to help you.
