Versa loosing time

The last 3 days my versa is loosing time( about 30 mins a day). I've reset it 3 times, with no luck. It does fix time when it syncs. I have all day sync on.

A reset normally called a soft restart. Or did you do a complete power down of the Versa. 

Only a compiler power off will fix a hardware lock up issue.

I got the app to forget the Versa, then I held the back and alarm buttons. And added it again. How do you get it to go off?

I've had the same issue for months now. I've shut it down, changed the face and did a factory reset. It only works when its fully charged.
