Versa loses time and it won't sync

Hi

There are 2 problems I have with my versa 2

1/ For 2 months now my fit bit versa has been loosing time (about 2 hours per day) I plug it again to the computer and the right time comes up only to loose time again. I have reset it as it says in Utube but nothing seems to work.

2/ i am having trouble with it connecting with my phone on Bluetooth

I have always been happy with my fit-bits this is my 4th one I have bought always buying the better the better model am I wasting my time here a should i throw it away.

It is about a year old and very annoying

your help would be appreciated.
