Versa screen won't turn on

My versa stopped working yesterday. I noticed while swimming that the screen would not come on but I thought the battery was dead. I put the watch on the charger through the night and this morning my alarms are going off but there is nothing on the screen. I tryed to do a factory rest. The screen lights up but nothing appears on it. No fitbit logo,no clock face, no nothing.  Help!
