Versa loses time when turning it off

Every time my watch turns off, the Timezone always changes when turning it back on again. I’ve had to re-sync it each time which is getting really frustrating, especially considering I’ve only had the watch for a few weeks. Is there any permanent remedy for this problem?

@Elisapeta, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa loses the time zone every time you turn it off. I know how you feel about this.

 

Please let me know for how long you leave your watch turned on.

 

In the meantime, restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure to have the "All-day-sync" option enabled.
