Versa multiple problems

So floors won’t track, sleep time won’t track, and heart rate only works from time to time! I love the fact that it’s waterproof that’s why I upgraged from charge but **ahem**! Please help !

Now try a Factory Reset.  Swipe left to Settings, scroll down to About and select Factory Reset. If that doesn't work, contact Customer Support.

After 3 resets and letting the battery die all the way it’s working! Thank you for the advice !
