Versa no longer receives Textra notifications

My Versa previously notified me of text messages with Textra. Now, I no longer see it offered on the "Notifications" heading. It's nowhere to be found, consequently, I don't get any notifications. I've uninstalled and re-installed it from my phone. I've got a Samsung Note 8.

Hey @Rivergoddess, it's great to see you around.

 

Have you checked if your Fitbit app is updated? If you haven't, I recommend checking this by following the instructions provided in the How do I update the Fitbit app for Android? post. After verifying this, go to the App Notifications options and see if Textra appears.
