Since I bought my son an Ace2 & set it all up in my Fitbit App under "My Family", & got his daily tracking up & running, my Versa has spat the dummy. My watch no longer picks up my HR. There is no reading when wearing it in general & it doesn't track when I set it for a workout, (in fact it literally says "0" & has a flat line when I sync it with the App, then check my workout stats). It won't track calories burnt either.
I have looked up all the trouble shooting & have reset the watch, turned it off & on & looked at several articles to see if there is anything else I can do & I have done it all... still nothing.
Help please.
