waste of $200 - since the last update cannot get text notifications, which was the main reason for purchasing the fitbit versa. Tech support had me trouble shoot for hours then says it's a known issue ... why waste my time for three days. I do not recommend fitbit choose another brand, don't waste your money.
I'm having the same issue. My Bluetooth is on and the settings are set to receive calls and texts on my versa, but they haven't been going through. The chat option is always down on this website. I'm very frustrated with this product at this point.
