Versa non responsive

Hi guys please assist my versa is dead I took if off Thursday morning and put onto the charge I had it on over night and was not going to be using it on the day when I got back home in the even the screen was blank but the sensor was flashing but its been off for the the whole day and I can't connect or pick it up on any of my synced devices please assist.

Hi @Zolile  Try restarting it several times, but if that doesnt fix it please come back here.

  • Same issue. Flashed on for less than 2 seconds one time but otherwise will not do anything. I’ve had it less than 12 hours! Shows to be updating and connected to the app but screen does 0

@Zolile @TylerR007 welcome to our Fitbit Community! In addition to the information that shared @NellyG, I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
