Versa not Charging 100%

Hi my versa, is still not charging 100%. I’ve reset it and charged it to the max and still it goes back to 99% and I’m charging it up ever other day even if I’m not very busy! Is that normal?

@Kjay Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't fully charging. Please note that devices when they reach a full charge they start draining the battery a little to "keep charging". It is recommended that you plug the Versa only for the necessary time to charge it (normally a couple of hours would be enough). Regarding the battery draining quickly try cleaning the contacts then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device.
