My versa started acting erratically (screen jumping, tracking 0 steps) so I restarted multiple times with no change. I looked on this forum and found a suggestion to reset to factory settings. That became difficult and it took multiple attempts to reset. Now it’s finally done so and the watch is in the intro/quick start mode and the prompt asking me to press the top-right button is on. The button doesn’t appear to be working and I’m now stuck. Suggestions?
