Versa not auto tracking after using a workout.

Last night I attempted the interval training and the treadmill tracking. They both worked perfectly, however, upon finishing the treadmill workout, my versa did not automatically track the walking I did after. I was stepping for an hour and a half and nothing.

Any ideas, apart from not using the workouts on my fitbit?

Oh no, do carry on using the workouts. Usually when smart track doesnt work (which does happen occasionally) all you need to do is restart the tracker several times. So give that a try and let us know how smart track goes afterwards.

 Worked fine today. Automatically tracked a workout with no issues x

Just hoping it will auto track after using the preprogammed workouts.

How was the issue resolved? As I tried restarting 3 times still doesn't track any exercise
