Fitbit Versa is saying not charging - not enough power at the source. Have tried on a laptop, desktop, USB plug and USB plug socket. Anyone else having the same issue? Thanks in advance

No , they just stop working after 6 months.

Notify Fitbit for a new one under warranty. New one will track even better than old one but strap will keep falling off and you will lose it !  That is our 8 month Versa story

Make sure pins on charging unit are making contact with Versa. Otherwise
tell Fitbit your charger is defective for a free replacement

You may need a new charger. Contact customer care. Mine was replaced right away free of charge. There were some faulty ones.

If its the issue i had, the contacts are worn off. I sent mine in and Fitbit replaced it for free within the first year. Now i cut a piece of clear tape to put over the contacts then replace it after charging it every 3 to 4 days. So far so good.

I purchased my versa on amazon in January did not have a problem until last week when a fully 100% charged battery drained in 10 hours. I let it go thought maybe my notifications were draining it so I turned that off, it kept happening for the next 3 days I was on the road so I contacted support and had me charge again and use it until battery depleted and once again fully charged to 100 and it was dead by 1am contacted them again and they said to restart so I did and then put it to charge and now it’s not charging at all it’s been 5 hrs and it’s only at 13% and now saying not enough power. I want having any problems before with charging doc so I’m going to say it’s the watch itself! I will have to contact them and will not go through days of back and forth this needs to be replaced. I had a blaze for 2 years + and never had a problem and I decided to upgrade to something “fancier” that was “waterproof” not happy

It won’t even let me restart my Versa because when I remove from charging cable it turns off. I had it plugged in all night and it still showed 0% charge.

I did indeed exchange for a brand new watch and charger! The watch itself
would only charge on a new charger sporadically. Happy to report that all
is well now and new watch immediately took to charging😃

I have been having to same issue, I have tried everything discussed on this forum (multiple cradles, plugs, USB adaptors and device resets) with no success. Can you please advise on next steps?

It may be that the contacts are warn off. My first one did that. My sweat and rubbing on my skin wore them off. They sent me a new one and now i cut a small piece of clear tape to put over it and replace the tape every 3 or 4 days when i charge it. Its that or risk it failing again. The charger connection is too shallow so it rubs off. Poor design. Contact Fitbit and after their troubleshooting if its under warranty, should replace it. I just wish they had a better design to swap it for. A Versa 2.0.Lol.
