My Fitbit Versa is still dead and has not charged for 12 hrs.
I have checked everything.
What else?

@Kris11-- contact customer support for assistance. Not sure what you mean by "has not charged for 12hrs", as it should charge right away when you put it in the charging block. You can tap on it to get charging progress, but obviously that doesn't seem to work. Maybe your charging block is/has become faulty... I know it sounds silly, but check that you put the Versa the correct way into the charger! 🙂
