Versa not charging

My versa is dead and will not take a charge. How do I know if it's my Fitbit or the charger? Thanks

Hi I had this problem. To fix you need to hold down the big button on the right and the bottom left until you see the Fitbit logo. It should restart itself and then you should be able to charge. I hope this helps 😁

Ah that's a shame sorry it didn't work for you. You have probably already tried but have you tried cleaning the charging points on the watch. It should be done with an alcohol wipe or similar, that's one of the other things they told me to try?
