Versa not charging

My versa had a battery of 19% went running and when I got back it was blank so assumed it needed charging.

Now will not charge. Help.

I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't take a charge. In order to fix this issue, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
