The problem has not been fixed. My Fitbit is now 5 hrs behind in time and won’t sync. I’m temporarily in England and don’t know if this can be sorted from here or when I get back to Canada.

I've got the same problem. In the morning the clock is about half an hour late. The fitbit app is installed on a Huwei P10 since January 2020.

A few weeks ago the watch started loosing time and the synchronization didn't happen automatically as it did in the beginning. After 10 minutes trying it synchronizes, but very slowly, first the steps, then the sleep tracker and after a few trials the clock, very irritating and not the plan!.

For example, I synchronized manually this morning at 9, at the moment my watch is already 2 minutes slower than real time. By this evening it will be a quarter, by tomorrow morning probably half an hour or more... So my sleep activity is not registered correctly either...

Please, can this be solved?

Thanks!
