Hi, my Versa (bought December 2019) was low in battery 3%. Was due to charge overnight but screen went completely black. Placed in charger overnight and still nothing. I’ve cleaned both connectors and used a different wall charger. Any help or suggestions greatly received. Am trying to borrow another charger to see if that’s it. Lockdown not making it easy to get another ☹️

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some information. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
