Versa not coming on

I charged my Fitbit versa tonight. When I went to put it back on my Fitbit was very warm and would not turn on.  I tried to use the buttons to turn it on but nothing. I am at a loss.

Since you mentioned that your watch got hot when you put it on the charger, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
