Hi,
This is my second versa as my first broke when i went swimming. I have had this fitbit versa for over a year now and never had a problem until now. It refuses to link to my phone (samsung s8+). I have removed it from my bluetooth devices several times, I have tried removing and reinstalling the app along with restarting my phone on several occasions. I have now just reset my versa to factory settings and it is still not connecting. When i start the connection process it gets to the code which I enter then it comes up that it is taking a while and goes to the not working page. This is constantly happening any advice would be grateful especially as it is technically not under warranty any more.

I also am having trouble. It won't manually sync when I ask. The battery isn't lasting more than a day. The texting and phone call feature keep disconnecting.
