Versa not connecting with iPhone

I've tried all the tech tips offered here including deleting and re-downloading the app and restarting everything in the chain.  I used to see Versa in my iPhones BlueTooth settings but thats even gone missing.  Stranger thing is I am getting bits and pieces of data in the app as if it's secretly acquiring data or making it up because it's hardly accurate.  My watch was given to me January 2020 as a gift from my wife.
