Hi,
I was recently bought a versa, it originally connected to my phone and did the update but since then it wont connect or sync to my app, i have gone through previous threads and tried everything suggested, ive now gone down the factory reset route and it wont connect atall. If i look at my phones bluetooth the versa keeps flicking from connected to not connected
any help would be appreciated

Same issue. I did a factory reset yesterday and updated the Fitbit software. My Android OS is up-to-date and my sync is sparatic. For some reason my versa lite won't stay connected anymore to my phone. This just started yesterday.

same issue. I've tried all the answers. i did a factory reset and updated the software. it synced to my phone for long enough to update now wont sync anymore. had this issue since yesterday. done the factory reset twice now. using an android phone and its up to date too. every time i do the factory reset it connects to my phone for a short period then the sync issue is back. bluetooth cant find the versa.

Yeh thats exactly the same as mine! Mines iphone so atleast i know its happend on android aswell

That's interesting! I have an iPhone for work and my versa lite connected right to it! I tried connecting to my husband's android (pixel) and my son's (samsung) and neither would connect. 🤔

Same here and I haven’t had the Versa 2 long. I have done all the resets and still having problems. Guess I contact tech support.
