My versa is not counting calories burned. I have tried the restart with no luck.

Can you be more specific.  Does your phone app show 0 calories burned?  Versa 2 also?

Hi,

Sorry, on an average day I was burning usually over 2500 calories. In the last two weeks I have increased my activity( going from average 9000 steps to average 20,000 steps a day) but my calorie count is averaging around 800 calories burned.

Thanks f

Strange.

Make sure your weight hasn't accidentally gotten changed to something obviously too low.

Maybe look at calorie burned charts for the day and for an exercise session to see if calories are increasing during exercise, or always constant.  Also check heart rate graph to see if heart rate is increasing while exercising, since calories are based on heart rate.

Thanks for the input. I checked all those things and all was good. Tried the on off again and seems to have kicked back in to counting calories.
