My versa all of a sudden stopped counting steps and HR stopped working. I did 3 restarts then did the Factory restart. Still not working.

Hi, are you using by any chance a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, install one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa, sync with your phone and see if the problem is solved.

I'm having the same problem! Just took a long walk and it counted my steps but no heart rate and didn't count it as "exercise".
