I can not get my Versa to change watch faces or add apps. I get a "Versa not found" then an error that the app couldn't load and to try again later. So far I have tried restarting the phone and versa, turning off bluetooth then back on, deleting the app and reinstalling it, having bluetooth forget the device and re-pairing it to the phone.Nothing has worked. Any new suggestions would be appreciated before it goes back to the store.

I was having the same issue with my Versa when I first got it. I eventually unpaired it from my app and repaired it, and that helped. It took a day or so of just dealing with it to work, though, and it still thinks it can't find it sometimes.
One thing that definitely helped, though, was only un/installing apps one at a time. Just wait for one to be done before trying another.
