Versa not getting any notifications

I currently have the iPhonexs max. My phone is not sending any notifications to my Versa I just got it today. I like it so far. But annoyed my Versa won't pick up my notifications. I have rebooted my Versa, turned notifications on and off, reset my phone, removed the Versa from my Fitbit app. Checked and notifications are turned on, on my phone and on my Versa. Please help!!

@Michelle3 Are the notifications turned on your Versa if you long press the left button? Just double checking. Is the Versa syncing without issues?

@Michelle3 Bizarre ... I admit. I did test my Versa with iPhone XS Max and it was working fine. I know it is a hassle but perhaps start from scratch (well almost)? In this order: Uninstall the app, forget Versa from the iPhone settings, reboot iPhone, install the app, reboot Versa, login to the app, grant all permissions requested.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if you keep experiencing this? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.
