Versa not getting text notifications

I just bought a Versa 2 a few days ago.  I have been able to get call notifications but I am not getting text messages.  I have checked another forum and tried many many of the things but still have no luck.  Can someone please help me?  Thank you!

I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. After this, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

I have the iPhone X and it is update to the 13.2

I will keep trying more trouble shooting
