Versa not holding a charge

Since the most recent update around Dec 2018, my battery life SUCKS. I've done all the suggested tweaks to decrease battery usage, but still get less than 12hrs of battery life!! 

Has anybody else experienced this or better yet, found a resolution?

Hi, some users have had the same experience after the latest update. Contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.
